Mummy Fit classes are designed to get mums back into shape. The class consists of different disciplines like dancing, cardio, strengthening exercises, Pilates, pelvic floor exercises and much more.
Discover something new every week, plus you can bring along your child or pop in on your own.
Friday 1-.1.45pm, £5 per session and runs during term time.
