A Hatha Yoga class focusing on mindfulness through healthy movement, postures, breathing and relaxation. A class for all ages and abilities to suit those new to yoga and those with experience. This mindful yoga class focuses on the here and now through techniques to strengthen the body whilst aiding healthy movement and calming the mind. The class incorporates both simple and more complex postures, flowing sequences, and a led relaxation.
